Shipping
Shipping charges will be calculated according to the total purchase amount:

Packages can be shipped in the following 2 methods:

1. US Postal Service by Registered mail, fully insured, with the return receipt. Delivery time is normally approximately 3 business days.
2. Federal Express fully insured. Overnight or 2 day delivery is available. Overseas shipping will incur additional charges.

Return Policy
We want you to be 100% pleased with the jewelry that you purchase from MEADOW JEWELRY. It is our intention to supply you with the jewelry that you truly want at the value you expect. It is for this reason that we offer you an unconditional 10 day money back guarantee.

There is a 15% re-stocking fee for returned orders. If within 10 days after your gift has been shipped from MEADOW JEWELRY you decide to return it for a full exchange, please call us at 1-866-537-3632 to get your return authorization code. When returning merchandise, please secure all merchandise in its original packaging. Please include the gift boxes with which your order was shipped as well as all accompanying materials. Also, please remember to insure the package for the full amount of the purchase price before shipping.

Please notify us of any item being returned. All documents must accompany the item purchased. The returned package must be postmarked within 10 days starting on the day that the item was received to ensure credit. For example, If you received the item on November 1st, the returned package must be postmarked by the post office by November 10th. Returns must be made via the US Postal Service by Registered Mail fully insured for the amount or purchase with a return receipt. All the above applies to exchanges as well. Please contact us by telephone or email with all the information on the item you have selected for the exchange.

Once you receive a Return Authorization Number to place on the outside of your package, you may send the returned merchandise with the original receipt to:

MEADOW JEWELRY WILL NOT GRANT REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES TO SPECIAL ORDERED ITEMS. Special Orders are any item that has been altered in any way, ring sizing, settings, engraved or custom ordered item that was not in the current stock. If you are unsatisfied with the item that has been altered and wish a return or credit you must contact us and you will be charged a restocking fee depending on the amount of work that has been done to the item.

Any item that shows ware and or damage due to wear cannot receive a refund or credit. There will be a 30% restocking fee for returned items after the 30days.

We will repair damaged merchandise. If you have a repair, please contact customer service at 1-(866) 537-3632, to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Then please use the included return shipping slip to send the damaged item to us.
